Our Solution
Working alongside CloudFirst's operations team, we co-developed a phased migration plan with detailed cutover procedures and rollback strategies. Together, we established ExpressRoute connections, redesigned network segmentation for the hybrid model, and performed comprehensive testing at each phase.
Results
