The Challenge
AusConnect Group acquired several companies and needed to standardize network infrastructure across 12 sites in 6 states. Each site had different equipment, configurations, and local requirements.
Our Solution
Working with AusConnect's regional IT leads, we co-developed a standardised network template and rollout plan that accounted for local regulations, existing contracts, and business continuity requirements. Each site upgrade was coordinated jointly with local teams.
Results
All 12 sites were upgraded within the planned timeline and budget. The standardized infrastructure significantly simplified operations and reduced per-site management costs.
